Privacy Policy
This policy explains how VA Techsavvy handles information you choose to share through this agency website.
Information you provide
You may provide your name, email, business inquiry or resource choice. VA applications also collect your work areas, country/timezone, availability, experience and an optional portfolio/CV link. Client job submissions collect private contact details and the company, role, location, work arrangement, pay, requirements and application link intended for publication after review. Do not submit identity documents, bank details, passwords or private client files. The VA readiness checklist stays in your browser tab and is not submitted.
How information is used
We use submitted details to review applications, answer inquiries and deliver requested resources. Requesting a resource does not subscribe you to marketing. Applications do not guarantee employment. Application, inquiry and download records are stored in our restricted n8n workspace for review and follow-up. Contact support@vatechsavvy.com to ask about access, correction or deletion. We review records when their purpose ends; there is no automatic deletion schedule configured.
Assessment and email delivery
Automation-assessment submissions may be stored securely to provide the requested audit and manage inquiries. An audit email is sent only when you select that option. Marketing updates are sent only when you separately opt in.
Sharing and third parties
Cloudflare hosts this site and its form endpoints. Our n8n service stores submitted form details. Resend processes the recipient email and confirmation or resource-delivery message. A budget-estimate brief is sent through n8n to our selected OpenAI API to estimate effort; we exclude our hourly starting rates from that request. These services process data under their own policies. We do not sell your information. Booking, social-media and portfolio links have their own privacy practices.
Your choices
You can request access, correction, or deletion of information you shared by emailing support@vatechsavvy.com. You can request a free resource without agreeing to marketing. Resource links expire after 24 hours; a recipient can still save or share a downloaded PDF.
